Ok so I guess you are thinking what on earth has an emu puppet got to do with anxiety, well let me tell you I bought an emu puppet on Vinted and I have no idea why 🙈.
You see the thing is I tend to buy random things to just try make myself feel abit better and it did help that it were a purple emu lol, so when I received it today I had to smile and the kids love it, I think just to have abit of fun and a laugh can do your anxiety the world of good.
So why not buy random things or do silly things, I would love to hear your stories, or silly things you have purchased, let’s all laugh together 😂
